What is Trezor Wallet®?

Trezor Wallet® is a hardware wallet family that keeps private keys off the internet, providing strong security for cryptocurrencies. The physical device pairs with the Trezor Suite App (desktop or web) and optional helper software Trezor Bridge to manage coins, firmware updates and transactions.

Quick start (official)

Always begin at the official start page: trezor.io/start. Follow the guided steps to download Trezor Suite or use the web app, initialize your device, set a PIN and write down the recovery seed phrase securely.

Components & downloads

  • Trezor Suite App / Trezor Suite Download: main interface for account management, firmware updates and coin support.
  • Trezor Bridge / Trezor Bridge Download: browser-to-device connector (use if your browser requires it).
  • Trezor Hardware Wallet: the offline device that signs transactions and displays confirmation prompts.

Common login & connection issues

If you encounter Trezor Login not working or Unable to login Trezor, try these steps: use a different USB cable/port, restart your computer, update or reinstall Trezor Suite, install or update Trezor Bridge, and ensure device firmware is current. Also try the desktop Suite if the web app fails.

Account recovery & security notes

To recover accounts use your recovery seed phrase on a new Trezor® or compatible recovery tool. Never type or upload the seed to unknown websites or cloud storage. Note: "Trezor 2fa reset" typically refers to external services — Trezor® uses seed + PIN rather than classic 2FA.

Troubleshooting tips

  • Error Connecting Trezor Account: check Bridge, drivers, and browser permissions.
  • Trezor Suite App not Working: reinstall Suite, try offline firewall/AV exceptions, or use a different machine.
  • Can't verify Trezor Wallet: ensure you confirm prompts on the device screen — never accept mismatched addresses.
  • Trezor Help Center: consult official documentation or support for firmware and device tampering concerns.
